Stories and Songs is a series of 6 original songs and the stories behind them. The stories, from childhood to recently, all correlated to experiences with family, acquaintances, former teachers, and music producers where I have felt actively silenced, ignored/not heard, or where I have found agency to find my own voice. It is meant to explore the material of The Silent Unseen in a personal and deeply intimate format. 

The work has been presented in 2 work-in-progess iterations:
-In December 2021, as a cabaret-style performance in my studio and online.
-As a performance including song, dance, poetry, and sound design at Groundworks in April 2023. 

The work is currently in development to be released as a full album 2025
